Terms and Conditions

All sales orders are final and can not be changed or cancelled. No backorders will be held. New products/future releases will be placed on forward-order and dispatched once product is available. All prices are ex GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. New accounts must complete and sign a credit application. First three orders are proforma.

Claims:

Any damages or short supply of stock must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of merchandise or claims will not be accepted. For claim to be accepted images of damaged stock and damaged carton must be supplied. Any damaged cartons must also be noted on POD upon delivery. All returns must have prior authorisation and clearly indicate the RA number issued. Goods that do not quote an official RA number will be returned to the sender, at the sender’s expense. Any order that has already been despatched cannot be cancelled or changed. Warranty claims for faulty goods may be submitted up to a maximum of 3 months from the invoice date.

Delivery:

All orders will be delivered free into store when minimum order value below is met;

$500.00 ex gst for Victoria, NSW, Tasmania, SA, southern Queensland (south of Rockhampton).

$800 ex gst for WA, NT, North Queensland (Rockhampton and north of Rockhampton).

Note: Big Balloon will always try to combine all orders to ensure deliveries are dispatched as quickly as possible. Orders under minimum order value will not be dispatched. All items are subject to 10% gst. Payment can be made via cheque/money order/direct deposit/EFT.
